The UAE has modified its immigration policies by implementing a new visa program as of October 3 to provide extended tourist stays and a more straightforward application process. The UAE's cabinet authorized the modifications to the visa process in April, and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security announced them last month (ICP).
You must get a visit visa if you are a non-citizen planning a trip to Dubai. With this visa, you are permitted free time in this renowned UAE city. It is a temporary visa. After 30 or 90 days, you can be required to leave the country. There are, however, ways to change a Dubai visit visa into a work or residency visa.

The following are the changes to the UAE's visa policy
Tourists are permitted to stay in the UAE for 60 days, contrary to 30 days under the visit visas. No sponsor is needed for the five-year multiple-entry tourist visa, which allows visitors to reside in a country for 90 days. Under a multi-entry key, a tourist's stay may be prolonged, although it should stay within 180 days in a calendar year.
Neither a host nor a sponsor is needed for the employment exploration visa. Both recent graduates from the top 500 colleges worldwide and those with the capabilities the UAE's Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization requires will receive it.
Gold Visas
For up to 10 years, foreign professionals with specialized training are permitted to reside and work in the UAE under the Golden Visa program. UAE has curtailed the cost of a visa from Dh50,000 to Dh30,000. An individual with a Golden Visa card may leave the country for an endless time under the new regulations. Earlier, if a person stayed for six months or longer outside UAE, their visa was no longer considered valid. Further, UAE has also abolished the restriction on the number of domestic workers a Golden Visa holder hires.
The Green visa category enables its bearer to support herself for an extended period. The Green Visa holders can prolong their stay by sponsoring their families and first-degree relatives. Unmarried females may be funded without age restrictions; however, parents may support their boys until they are 25 rather than 18, as is the case with daughters. No employer or citizen of the UAE will be required to sponsor the visa holder's visa.

On October 3, the UAE altered its immigration policies by implementing a new visa system that will permit more extended tourist stays and simplify the application process. The five-year multiple-entry tourist visa, which allows visitors to stay in the nation for up to 90 days continuously, would no longer be subject to the necessity of a sponsor. As a result of the new visa system, the UAE has provided "more flexible grace periods that extend up to 6 months to stay in the UAE after the residence permit is cancelled or has expired."
