The purpose of this policy is to establish the terms under which Dubai Visa Center is liable to reimburse any amount to the users or customers. The terms of this policy apply to all previous and current users or customers of our website and services. In the policy, references to “we”, “us”, and “our” pertain to Dubai Visa Center. While terms like “you” and “your” and customer, users, and client refer to the users or our customers. Read all the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy carefully before you submit any information or use any service from our website.
Some of the terms used in the document are mentioned below. These terms will refer to the meaning mentioned below.
1. Service Fees: It is the cost you must pay for services in compliance with their Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria: It refers to the criteria set by the organization to define who is eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Request Form: The form you must complete to initiate the refund request.
4. Issuing Bank: The bank that issued you the card you used for the transaction.
5. Transaction Charges: These are the costs that a bank or other financial institution imposes after processing an authorized refund request.
6. Optional Services: This includes all value-added, extra, and premium services we explain and make available on our website.
7. Chargeback: This implies that a customer or you (if applicable) using the online payment gateway reports a dispute or fraudulent transaction to the card issuer bank.
If you want to apply for a refund, please read and understand all the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
1. In all cases, Visa application fees and the service charge are non-refundable. Even if the visa application is rejected, the entire amount is non-refundable.
2. Visa application approval/rejection and processing time is at the sole discretion of the immigration and solely under the jurisdiction of UAE immigration officials. We do not have any control over this. The decision of the Immigration Department is final. In case of rejection of visa application, no correspondence will be entertained, no visa payments or service charges will be reimbursed, and no justifications must be provided. It is clarified that the immigration department may prevent, postpone, restrict, or interfere with the processing of visa applications for any cause. To process the application, the Dubai Visa Center shall not be liable to the applicant for any loss or damage that may be suffered due to such causes, and the Dubai Visa Center shall be discharged of all its obligations hereunder.
3. Issuing a visa or approving a visa application does not give the applicant a right to the country. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at the Airport, who represents the country's immigration. In case of denial of visa or entry by the immigration of the respective country, Dubai Visa Center shall in no way be liable to the applicant in any manner whatsoever.
4. Dubai Visa Center can not be held liable if your visa application is rejected.
5. If you cancel the service, you may be entitled to a refund as per the outlined process. If your passport and other supporting documents were received by Dubai Visa Centerand have already been submitted by Dubai Visa Center for processing at the time of cancelation, you will not receive any refund; however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation, you will receive a partial refund deducting USD 50 processing charge from the total amount. No refunds will be given for applications that have already been processed.
6. You may cancel your service by calling our service lines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Dubai Visa Center cannot process refunds for credit card payments over 40 days old under any circumstances. In such cases, Dubai Visa Center may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through Dubai Visa Center Credit cannot be transferred or cash redeemed.
7. Visa applications may require more than usual working days for processing and it is completely dependent on the immigration.
8. Immigration / We may ask for additional documents on a case-to-case basis.
9. Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
10. Visas issued under visit/business/transit/tourist professions are not eligible to work in the destination country.
11. The traveller or the customer has to fully bear the penalty amount in case the destination country levies any charges.
12. The applicant must bear additional charges, such as document courier, photograph development, attestation, required immigration visit, and PRO charges.
13. Service fees or processing fees are non-refundable in any case, even if your application is approved or rejected.
14. A delay in application processing will not be considered valid grounds for a refund request. Visa application processing timeframes are estimates only.
15. Dubai Visa Center role is limited to accepting the visa application and required documentation, forwarding the application to the respective immigration or authorized channel for consideration of visa issues, and communicating with the immigration or authorized channel partner—the decision on the visa application to the applicant.
If the customer decides to cancel their visa application voluntarily or for any reason before it is processed or approved, there may be a cancellation fee imposed by the Dubai Visa Centeror the embassy/consulate handling the application. This fee typically covers administrative costs associated with processing the cancellation.
1. Request Submission: The customer submits a refund request online, via email, or through customer service channels.
2. Initial Review (1-3 business days): The company initiates an initial review of the refund request to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
3. Approval or Denial (1-5 business days): If the refund request meets the criteria, it is approved, and the customer is notified. If not, the customer will be informed of the reasons for the denial. This step typically takes 1 to 5 business days.
4. Processing (3-10 business days): After approval, the refund is actually processed. This involves issuing the refund through the original payment method. Depending on the payment processor and banking systems, this step usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
5. Refund Issuance: The refund is issued to the customer's account once processed. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account varies depending on their bank or payment method.
6. Confirmation (optional): We may send a confirmation email or notification to the customer once the refund has been successfully processed and issued.
7. Completion: The refund process is considered complete once the refunded amount is successfully transferred to the customer's account.
Keep in mind that these timelines are approximate and can vary depending on factors such as the Dubai Visa Center internal processes, banking systems, and payment processors. Additionally, some refunds may require additional verification steps or documentation, which can extend the processing time.
1. Credit / Debit Card Reversal: If the original payment was made using a credit card, the refund may be processed as a reversal of the transaction. This means the amount is credited back to the same credit card used for payment.
2. Bank Transfer: This option is available only if you pay the fee through our bank account. In that case, a refund may be issued via a bank transfer to the applicant's designated bank account. Applicants might need to provide their bank account details for this option.
3. Online Payment Platforms: If the payment was made through an online payment platform like PayPal or any other payment provider, the refund might be processed back to the same account used for payment.
4. Credit Towards Future Services: In some cases, we may offer the option to receive credit for future services instead of a monetary refund. This credit can be applied to any future service provided by the Dubai Visa Center.
5. Voucher or Gift Card: Instead of a cash refund, the applicant may be offered a voucher or gift card that can be used for future services.
We retain the right to modify the policy at any time and without notice to anyone. Users are required to monitor and stay informed about any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted the new policies if you continue to use the service and visit the website in the future.
