Visa on Arrival Fee
Dubai Visa on Arrival Fee
Visa-on-arrival eligibility depends entirely on passport nationality, and UAE rules in this area have been actively changing. As of late June 2026, the UAE expanded its visa-on-arrival programme to nationals of Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya, and South Africa — conditional on also holding a valid residence permit from one of several approved countries, including the US, UK, EU member states, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, or New Zealand.
Under this expansion, eligible travelers from those six countries can choose a 14-day visa-on-arrival at AED 100 or a 60-day, non-extendable visa-on-arrival at AED 250. These fees are set by UAE immigration authorities and are separate from any Dubai Visa Center service fee. Citizens of many other countries, including GCC nationals, continue to receive visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry under separate, longer-standing rules.
Indian passport holders do not receive automatic visa-on-arrival, but may qualify for a conditional visa-on-arrival if they hold a valid US, UK, EU Schengen, Australian, or Canadian visa or residence permit. Because this is one of the more fast-moving areas of UAE entry policy, travelers who think they might qualify should verify current eligibility and fees close to their travel date, and travelers who are not eligible should apply for a Dubai visa online well before departure.
Visa-on-arrival note: Visa-on-arrival eligibility and fees are time-sensitive and set by UAE immigration authorities, not by Dubai Visa Center. Confirm the latest rules before travel.
